Operations Director (ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Director to oversee all operations as the company expands into new branches and brands. This is not a role to maintain existing systems, but to design how the business will support doubling in scale — from operational standards and team structure to cost models that remain profitable at larger scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L for the entire branch group, from translating business targets into budgets, controlling raw material and labor costs, to analyzing variances and identifying profit improvement opportunities
• Set operational strategy aligned with business direction, translate into regional plans, define key performance indicators, and drive real results, reporting directly to CEO
• Build a strong team of area managers capable of supporting branch expansion through recruitment, development, and succession planning via on-the-job training and individual development plans
• Maintain consistent standards and customer experience across all branches, including QSC standards and analyzing customer feedback to develop products and services
• Drive sales targets and marketing plans to store level, set daily and monthly sales targets for all branches, analyze Sales Mix, and ensure marketing plans are fully executed
• Solve systemic problems, not branch-by-branch issues
• Work in a fast-changing environment where not everything is ready yet

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Service Management, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in food and beverage and service business (Restaurant / F&B)
• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience at regional manager level or above
• Direct experience managing P&L for a group of branches
• Able to read and analyze branch-level profit and loss statements, manage raw material costs and labour costs
• Knowledge of restaurant operational standards (SOP / QSC) and food hygiene
• Experience during rapid branch expansion or opening multiple new branches
• Experience managing multi-brand restaurant operations
