Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the company’s end-to-end operations across Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC).

This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, healthy inventory levels, efficient procurement, supplier performance, cost optimization, and product quality while supporting the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations covering Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and QA/QC.
• Develop operational strategies, policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with business objectives.
• Lead demand and supply planning, including S&OP, capacity planning, purchasing plans, and inventory requirements.
• Ensure sufficient product availability while minimizing out-of-stock, excess, aging, slow-moving, and expired inventory.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock accuracy, stock allocation, cycle counts, and inventory controls.
• Develop procurement and sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, MOQ, lead time, quality, and delivery conditions.
• Oversee QA/QC standards and processes to ensure products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality issues, defects, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and drive RCA/CAPA and preventive actions.
• Identify operational and supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Warehouse, and other teams to support business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, process optimization, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Quality, or related functions.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role, managing multiple operational functions or teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in Inventory Management and Procurement is required.
• Experience in QA/QC or Quality Management Systems is highly preferred.
• Experience in Skincare, Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Retail, or fast-moving consumer productsis preferred.
• Strong experience managing suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and/or third-party service providers.
• Experience working in a fast-growing or multi-channel business will be an advantage.
