Position Overview

Two by Two Pet Support is seeking a career-minded Operations Director to join our growing team and help lead the day-to-day operations of a company dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of pets and the people who love them.

We are looking for someone who is energized by leadership, accountability, customer service, and building strong operational systems. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service operations and leadership, along with some experience working with or caring for pets.

This is more than an administrative position. The Operations Director will help ensure that our people, processes, vendors, technology, and financial controls work together effectively as Two by Two continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the management team while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and measurable KPIs.
• Oversee customer service operations and help ensure every family receives compassionate, responsive, and professional support.
• Provide financial oversight, including accounts payable, payment systems, merchant accounts, operating expenses, and marketing budgets.
• Maintain final operational oversight across departments and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
• Manage third-party vendors, professional relationships, and strategic business partners.
• Oversee business systems and technology, including phone systems, AI-assisted communications, website logistics, and related platforms.
• Coordinate new client services and assist with the development and implementation of new service offerings.
• Maintain oversight of business and auto insurance, licenses, permits, vehicle registrations, and other operational requirements.
• Develop and improve procedures, workflows, reporting systems, and internal controls.
• Work directly with executive leadership to execute company objectives and support long-term growth.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively, solves problems, and understands that excellent operations ultimately translate into excellent customer experiences.

A strong candidate will have experience in customer service operations, team leadership, business administration, or a related operational role. Experience in veterinary services, pet care, hospitality, healthcare, or another compassionate service-based industry is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried position starting at $58,240 per year, based on experience (BOE). Two by Two Pet Support also offers:
