What they need
- Management: 5–10+ years progressive management experience (hospitality, F&B, or multi-branch) with atleast including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations with proven ability to develop and enforce SOP, KPIs and performance standards across multiple locations
- Strong financial management skills and analytical skills including P&L, forecasting, profitability analysis and cost control.
- Experience in supply chain and vendor management, business expansion, site development and franchise operations is an advantage
- Proven ability to build, coach, and hold management teams accountable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience using restaurant technology and reporting systems
- Willingness to travel regularly between branches
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
