Operations Director

• Job Description:
• We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the company's daily operations and assist management in driving business development. This role requires close collaboration with different departments to resolve practical operational issues and ensure the efficient and stable operation of all business activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operations, ensuring all departments achieve their planned goals.

Manage the operations team, allocating personnel and resources effectively.

Regularly review business performance, promptly identifying and resolving operational issues.

Control operating costs, improve workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

Maintain communication with senior management, participating in business planning and key decision making.

Assist in establishing and improving internal management systems based on the company's development needs.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in operations or corporate management, including at least 3 years of team management experience.

Practical experience in team management, budget control, and business coordination.

Ability to independently handle operational issues and make sound decisions under pressure.

Familiar with business process optimization, performance management, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Excellent communication and execution skills.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates with relevant industry experience.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
