Duties

• Manage financial aspects of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by establishing quality standards and addressing client needs effectively.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, staff, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and service delivery.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
