Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve processes, increase profitability, and support business growth initiatives.
• Manage profit & loss statements, conducting detailed financial analysis to inform operational decisions.
• Supervise senior managers and team leaders, fostering a high-performance culture through effective team management and leadership development.
• Drive project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives that enhance operational capabilities.
• Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform strategic adjustments.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including the executive team, clients, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Promote lean management principles and process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing markets or new sectors.
• Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to support operational strategies and improve overall organizational performance.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a senior operational role, preferably as an Operations Director or similar leadership position.
• Extensive experience in profit & loss management with a strong understanding of financial analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning purposes.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from conception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of business management principles, including process improvement methodologies such as lean management.
• Experience supervising diverse teams with a focus on team development, leadership coaching, and managerial communication.
• Background in strategic management with the ability to develop long-term plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Skilled in sales strategies and operational management to drive revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.
• Familiarity with customer service excellence practices and implementing continuous improvement processes for client satisfaction.
