Job Summary
The Operations Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall management of business operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality customer service. This position involves strategic planning, team development, and effective communication across departments to drive organizational success. The Operations Director will play a vital role in managing business processes, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining a customer-focused approach while ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.

Duties

• Lead and manage daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
• Oversee operations management activities, including process optimization and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage profit and loss statements, analyzing financial data to inform decision-making and enhance profitability.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service by setting standards and supporting teams in delivering exceptional experiences.
• Communicate effectively with managerial teams, staff, and stakeholders to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
• Build, develop, and mentor teams to enhance their skills, motivation, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to establish policies, procedures, and operational guidelines that support business growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management or operations management at a senior level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and develop talent.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate across departments and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage profit & loss statements and drive financial performance.
• Experience in customer service management is preferred.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience.

Pay: $67,600.00 - $81,600.00 per year
