Operations Director

Job Summary

As Operations Director, you’ll lead business operations with a focus on strong execution, financial performance, and excellent customer service. You’ll guide managers and teams, use data to shape decisions, and turn strategic plans into practical improvements across the organization. This role brings together operations management, business management, and team leadership to support sustainable business development.

Duties

• Lead operational and strategic planning, setting priorities and aligning teams with business goals.
• Oversee financial management, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis, budgeting, and Excel data analysis to inform decisions.
• Manage projects and drive process improvement using lean management principles and clear performance measures.
• Develop and supervise managers and teams; strengthen team development, executive-level team management, and managerial communication.
• Support sales and business development while maintaining responsive customer service and effective operational management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership, management, supervising experience, and team management skills.
• Experience in operations management, strategic management, project management, and business management.
• Financial management experience, including profit and loss analysis; ability to analyze data in Excel.
• Strong strategic planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Clear managerial communication and a record of developing teams; experience supporting sales and customer service is valuable.

Pay: $256,500.00 - $312,200.00 per year
