Job Summary

The Operations Director leads business and operational management, aligning day-to-day execution with strategic priorities. This role oversees financial performance, sales, customer service, and team development while supporting effective communication across the organization.

Duties

• Lead teams and develop managers and employees to support strong performance and collaboration.
• Manage business operations, set priorities, and guide strategic planning and execution.
• Oversee financial management and profit-and-loss performance, using business results to inform decisions.
• Support sales efforts and customer service, helping teams respond effectively to customer needs.
• Communicate managerial priorities clearly and coordinate work across teams.
• Your impact: By connecting operational decisions with financial and customer needs, you help teams work effectively and customers receive consistent service.

Experience

• Experience in operations management, business management, or a related leadership role.
• Background in financial management and profit-and-loss oversight.
• Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and communicate clearly with managers and employees.
• Familiarity with sales, customer service, and strategic management.
• Strong judgment and organizational skills for balancing operational priorities.

Pay: $153,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
