What is the job?
The Operations Director leads and supports the operations team in consistently meeting and exceeding company and client performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Guides and coaches Operations Managers to strengthen team performance and leadership.

• Partners with the Business Unit Manager to meet and exceed client goals.

• Aligns with internal leaders and clients to set targets and ensure invoice accuracy.

• Develops action plans and KPIs to improve daily performance and satisfaction.

• Prepares performance reports and provides regular feedback to teams.

• Standardizes processes, drives efficiency improvements, and keeps documentation current.

Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years of experience mentoring and supporting supervisors or team leaders.

• Experience managing or supporting teams with at least 50 members.

• Experience communicating with and supporting customers or clients in both B2B and B2C environments.

• Leads diverse teams and cross-functional projects, driving performance and process improvements.

• Builds strong client and stakeholder relationships, using data to guide decisions and present updates.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving, adaptability, and clear communication in fast-paced environments.
