What they need
Role: Operations Engineer (Liaison & Platform Reliability)
Experience: 5-7 years
Location: Shanghai
Role Activity: Serves as the technical and administrative bridge between AZ and local operators (Sinnet and NWCD).
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for Sinnet and NWCD support.
Manage the ICP filing process for public-facing application endpoints.
Monitor platform health within the China partition using CloudWatch and Security Hub.
Oversee local billing, reconciliation, and capacity planning.
Coordinate Direct Connect connectivity with local carriers (China Telecom/Unicom/Mobile).
Required Skills:
Bilingual (Mandarin & English) is mandatory.
Prior experience with the AWS China console and support portal.
Strong knowledge of Chinese ISP regulations and ICP filing procedures.
5+ years of experience with AWS networking and billing in the China region.
