Operations Engineer

About the role

Homecore INC' is seeking a talented Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team in Carmona Cavite. This full-time role is integral to the success of our engineering operations, playing a key part in driving our strategic objectives. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our day-to-day engineering projects, ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and coordinating a diverse range of engineering projects, from inception to completion
• Developing and implementing efficient project plans, tracking progress and identifying and mitigating risks
• Liaising with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D and manufacturing, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
• Analysing project data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimisation strategies
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency across our engineering operations
• Providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their professional development

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an operations or project management role within the engineering industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum and Jira
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
