SUMMARY:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring of system performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly, and coordinating with various teams to maintain smooth and reliable operations. The position demands a proactive approach to managing system health and ensuring that service levels are consistently met, contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of the production environment.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system reliability and performance.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.

• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

• Experience in managing and supporting production environments to ensure high availability and performance.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex operational issues.

• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical information clearly.

• Knowledge of configuration management and deployment strategies within enterprise environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
