  • Complete regular performance reports, and enter and track ticketing for system downtime, underperformance, and losses
  • Administer equipment warranties, open claims and RMAs when necessary.
  • Track and optimize OPEX and production budgets (P50 tuning)

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in solar and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Experience with PowerBI, or similar data visualization software, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Preferred: Proficiency programming in various languages including Python, Java, C++, and experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and programming
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation including some hours on evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel to project sites and work in the field. Some overnight and weekend travel to be expected (approximately 10-25%)
  • Passion for workplace safety and a self-starter, pushing for innovation, embracing and seeking out new technologies, equipment, and best practices
  • Self-starting team player who values strong company culture
  • Conviction that renewable energy will play a major role in the future and you are an advocate of the transition to clean energy
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least two years
