Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and stakeholder management principles.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that drive business results.
