Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for multiple warehouses.
• Maintain OE audit trackers, monitor audit scores, and follow up on pending action points.
• Use MS Excel for data analysis, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with warehouse managers to ensure timely data submission and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and professional emails.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple warehouses and deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain experience preferred.Preference: Female candidates preferred. Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
