Operations Execution Lead (SPX Express)

About the Job

• We are looking for an experienced operations professional to lead day-to-day manpower execution across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment, while guiding the Execution team and working closely with Operations and manpower vendors to manage operational issues and changing requirements.
• The role will also drive execution governance, process improvement, and rollout of manpower-related initiatives to improve consistency and effectiveness across operations.

Job Description

• Lead day-to-day manpower execution across assigned facilities to achieve manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment against confirmed plans.
• Manage and guide the Execution team, set priorities, monitor performance, and support the team in resolving key operational issues and escalations.
• Work closely with Operations and manpower vendors to manage manpower gaps, requirement changes, and execution risks.
• Establish and maintain execution standards, SOPs, cut-offs, and escalation processes across facilities.
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive root-cause resolution and process improvement with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the rollout of manpower-related projects, processes, and operational initiatives, ensuring readiness and successful adoption into BAU.
• Use operational data and performance trends to identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Manpower Operations, Vendor Management, or related fields.
• Experience in leading a team or coordinating operations across multiple facilities/areas is preferred.
• Strong operational problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive actions across internal teams and external vendors.
• Good analytical skills and ability to use operational data to identify issues and support decision-making.
• Able to prioritize, drive execution independently, and identify opportunities to improve existing processes and ways of working.
