JP Globals LLC is a Dubai-based professional services firm specializing in Accounting, Auditing, Tax, and Business Setup services.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Business Setup to manage and coordinate company formation processes and ensure excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations related to UAE business setup and company formation.
• Coordinate company formation and licensing processes with relevant UAE authorities, free zones, and service providers.
• Assist clients with documentation and ensure all requirements are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate applications, approvals, trade license issuance, amendments, and renewals.
• Liaise with government departments, free zones, and external service providers.
• Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on application status.
• Maintain accurate records of client documents, applications, approvals, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Accounts teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Monitor license renewals and other important client deadlines.
• Stay updated on UAE business setup procedures and licensing requirements.

· Prepare professional proposals and quotations to clients based on their business setup requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in Business Setup, Operations, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of UAE mainland and/or free zone company formation procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE government portals and licensing processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Good command of English.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
