Operations Executive-Business Setup

Startex Hub Business Services is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with clients, sales, PRO, and internal teams.
• Handle company formation, visa, licensing, and related documentation processes.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, renewals, and pending requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly.
• Ensure all client requests and operational tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities and free zone/mainland departments when required.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant operations experience, preferably in a UAE business setup / corporate services company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation and business setup procedures.
• Experience with mainland and free zone processes is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE visa and licensing procedures.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
