Role Description The Operations Executive role at FLS GROUP PHILIPPINES INC. is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila. This role oversees day-to-day logistics operations, including coordination of transport schedules, monitoring shipments, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client requirements. The Operations Executive collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues, optimize workflows, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, identifying process improvements, supporting planning and resource allocation, and ensuring that service standards and safety regulations are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily logistics activities and improve processes.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
