Operations Executive

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for all day-to-day processing of donations.
• Liaise with clients and agencies on payment matters
• Daily balancing of data received
• Testing new protocol for payment processing
• Ensure data received in good order and in agreed format. Any deviation is to be investigated and remedial actions to be taken
• Generate the necessary bank files for submission to the respective banks
• Analyse bank results and take necessary remedial action for anomalies
• Liaise with banks technical team when necessary
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
• Data analysis
• Escalate problem and issues to management as appropriate

What We are Looking For:

• Possess at least SPM / STPM or Diploma in any field
• 2 years working experience in any field or 1 year working experience in the related field
• Intermediate to Advanced practical skills in MS word / excel
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin & Cantonese - written and spoken (Added advantage)
• Numerate, analytical and good attention to details
• Ability to complete assigned tasks and attends to all duties in an efficient and timely manner
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Able to priorities and plan ahead
• Ability to produce high quality work under pressure
