About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Import-Export Operations

• Manage and prepare import-export documentation
• Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and documentation standards

2. Customer & Vendor Coordination

• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Resolve issues efficiently to maintain strong relationships
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations

3. Communication & Administration

• Draft and respond to emails with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
