Responsibilities :

• Review, check, compare, and verify customer information.
• Monitor and supervise market and trading transactions and activities of clients.
• Receive and handle customer requests.
• Manage and address problems during the operation of the trading system.
• Issue warnings and promptly report incidents posing risks to the trading system, while proposing solutions.
• Receive feedback and collaborate with professional units and technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve trading system issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Banking or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of operations experience
• Proficient in analyzing and assessing various types of risks, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent command of English language
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (Shift 1: 6am - 2pm, Shift 2: 2pm - 10pm, Shift 3: 10pm - 6 am)
