Key Responsibilities
- Handle insurance policy issuance and related operational activities.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance and pending requirements.
- Verify proposal forms, KYC and other required documents before policy issuance.
- Handle endorsements, corrections and policy-related requests.
- Maintain proper policy records and documentation.
- Follow up with insurers for pending policies, endorsements and operational matters.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and policy issuance records.
- Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle, premium and policy information.
- Coordinate internally with sales/accounts teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain insurer-wise documentation and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned cases and proper record keeping
