What they need
Order Processing
- Process customer orders received on the admin panel.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Order Tracking & Logistics
- Track dispatched orders and monitor delivery status.
- Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment updates.
- Follow up on orders that are still in transit and coordinate with customers regarding delivery updates.
- Handle order-related issues such as delays, returns, or replacements.
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock availability.
- Ensure proper coordination between management teams regarding inventory requirements and stock updates.
- Assist in stock planning and replenishment when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of courier platforms and inventory handling.
