Operations Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Reporting to Operations Manager on the day to day operations related issues.
• Proactively follow up with operations related matters.
• Preparing operations reports and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall operations functions.
• To develop a constructive and cooperative working relationships with various department and maintaining them over time.
• To assist Operations Manager to establish direction and formulate implementation plan to enhance operational quality.
• Coordinate and administer the Management calendar.
• Coordinating workflow and maintaining a productive work environment.
• Excellent calendar management skills, scheduling complex meetings and handling logistic.
• Interacting with customers, senior level executives, and all other levels of employees.
• To assist Operations Manager to manage and implement all procedures.
• To manage paperwork, filing, coordination activities, writing meeting minutes and a range of related duties and responsibilities.
• Organize and maintain file and records.
• To undertake any other related duties assigned by Superior.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferably those with experience in shopping centre or service-oriented industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (MS Excel and Office)
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage.
