Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in logistics operations and knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land Freight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipment operations.
• Handle air, sea, and land freight import and export shipments.
• Prepare and check shipping and customs documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and customs agents.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Handle Dubai Trade, Calogi, and Dubai Municipality transactions when required.
• Follow up on customs clearance, delivery orders, and PODs.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Air, Sea, and Land Freight.
• Experience with Dubai Trade, Calogi, and Dubai Municipality is preferred.
• Good knowledge of logistics and customs documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE logistics experience is preferred.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
