What they need
About the role
Oversee day-to-day operations across boutiques to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and operational setup for brand events, exhibitions and client activations
- Oversee boutique upkeep, including lighting, security systems, display fixtures and general facilities
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
- Coordinate store layout, fixture installation and operational readiness prior to shop opening
- Liaise with contractors and relevant departments on maintenance, repairs and facility improvement works
About you
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail operations
- Experience in handling retail store operations
- Good command of Language to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
