Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure centres operate smoothly; monitor opening/closing, facilities, classroom readiness, supplies and operational issues

• Support centre teams with operational matters and troubleshoot issues that arise

• Support student enrolment, transfers, withdrawals, class changes and student records

• Handle operational enquiries and coordinate with parents on class arrangements, transfers, make-up lessons, etc.

• Coordinate coach and staff attendance, leave coverage, training, training logistics and operational requirements

• Develop, implement and improve SOPs to ensure all centres follow consistent processes

• Monitor teaching materials, stationery, uniforms, equipment and other centre supplies

• Liaise with landlords, contractors and vendors on maintenance, repairs and centre-related issues

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and follow up on deliverables

• Prepare operational reports such as enrolment, attendance, class utilisation, staffing and centre performance

• Support invoicing, payment follow-ups, credits, purchase orders and other administrative processes

• Support planning and execution of open houses, learning events, workshops, competitions and promotional activities

• Ensure centres follow company policies, safety requirements and relevant regulations

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend ways to improve processes, productivity and customer experience
