Operations Executive

Operations Executive (Admin & Order Management) Thailand & Singapore

* Respond to customer enquiries relating to order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

* Coordinate closely with the sales team on order submissions and customer requests.

* Assist with order consolidation and scheduling requirements.

* Support sales activities through timely and accurate operational execution.

* Maintain positive relationships with customers through responsive communication.

* Prepare periodic sales, inventory, and operational reports.

* Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.

* Ensure proper filing and document control procedures are followed.

* Support management with data compilation and operational analysis.

* Assist with general administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

*Taking care of customers in the company's event or visiting 
*Other tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.

* Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or order processing.

* Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good organizational and time management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
