Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth processing of travel insurance policies. The role will involve policy issuance, amendments, renewals, documentation, portal activities, MIS reporting, customer coordination, and interaction with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and oversee travel insurance policy issuance, ensuring accuracy in policy details, terms, and coverage.
• Handle policy amendments, cancellations, renewals, endorsements, extensions, and plan allocations through the insurance portal.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Enter and maintain accurate policy information in the insurance management system.
• Attend client calls, understand their queries, and provide appropriate information and assistance.
• Prepare and share insurance quotes with different selling plans.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational records.
• Coordinate with Regional Office / Head Office for requirements such as new entity creation and operational plan allocation.
• Maintain professional communication with agents and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Claims, Underwriting, and other departments for smooth operational workflow.
• Coordinate with underwriters for operational approvals.
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per applicable insurance guidelines and company procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post-Graduate from any discipline.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge or candidates with up to 4 years of experience in insurance operations can apply.
• Experience in Travel Insurance / General Insurance Operations will be preferred.
• Good understanding of policy processing and insurance documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and insurance/operations portals or software.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
