Operations Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to keep our daily operations and logistics running smoothly. This role plays a key part in coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and working closely with both customers and internal teams. Job Responsibilities:

• Handle matters relating to operation assistants, drivers and storemen
• Monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules and follow up on delivery-related issues
• Oversee daily stock inventory levels and accuracy
• Keep track of company assets such as trucks, tanks and spare parts
• Review maintenance costs and monitor truck downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage incident reporting
• Apply for required safety licences for trucks and tanks with relevant authorities
• Coordinate and oversee daily operational flows between customers and the warehouse
• Establish good rapport and maintain regular communication with customers
• Ensure warehouse inventory controls are in place, including stock takes and cycle count schedules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum N Level/O Level/Diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years’ experience in a related field

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good command of English and Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment

• Must be able to commit to working on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays on a rotational basis

• Flexibility to attend to urgent operational matters outside of normal working hours, where required
