Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our business across supply chain, backend systems, and Red Quarters facility operations. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where adaptability, initiative, and creativity are key.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Inventory Support

• Assist in inventory tracking, stock coordination, and fulfilment processes
• Support ordering, replenishment, and supplier coordination
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist in stock takes
• Flag discrepancies and operational issues

2. Systems & Backend Operations

• Support backend systems (inventory, POS, Website, booking systems)
• Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
• Assist in troubleshooting basic system issues
• Support SOP documentation and process improvements

3. Red Quarters Facility Operations

• Support daily upkeep of Red Quarters
• Ensure facility is clean, organised, and ready for use
• Coordinate basic maintenance and vendor support
• Assist with setup for training, events, and court usage

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing operational needs
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Resourceful and able to solve operational challenges effectively

Added Advantage

• Interest in sports, retail, or operations
• Familiarity with POS, inventory or booking systems

Additional Information

• Work location is mainly at 33 Ubi Avenue 3 but may be required to go to 26 Jalan Benaan Kapal from time to time.
• Work schedule: Alternate 5.5 days (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 2pm to 6pm).
