Operations Executive

About the role

The position serves as a key operational liaison among customers, brokers, carriers, field operations teams, project teams, and internal support functions to ensure seamless shipment execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Depending on organizational requirements, the role may report to the Operations Manager – Luzon, Operations Lead – Luzon, or Operations Lead – VisMin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipment documentation
• Manage freight bookings
• Coordinate customs clearance
• Track shipments
• Ensure billing readiness
• Produce operational reporting
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Adhere to operational procedures and regulatory requirements
• Follow customer-specific SOPs

Work Experience

·       At least 2–4 years of experience in:

o   Freight forwarding

o   Customs brokerage

o   Logistics operations

o   Supply chain operations

o   Import and export processing

·       Relevant Experience in:

o   Air, sea, and domestic freight operations

o   Customs documentation and clearance processes

o   Customer account management

o   Freight booking and shipment monitoring

o   Billing and operational reconciliation

o   Project logistics coordination

o   Working with logistics operating systems such as CargoWise, ERP, TMS, or similar platforms

o   Has all the technical knowledge in documentation **(Consumption & PEZA accounts)**and actual applications.
