Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage daily ride operations, coordinate with drivers, monitor trips, and resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ride allocations and driver assignments.
• Coordinate with drivers for timely trip completion.
• Monitor trips and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle issues related to routes, delays, and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain daily operational records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or the mobility industry.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
