Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Executive to support our MICE team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the travel industry, vendor management, and corporate event planning.

You will work closely with the founders to execute travel projects end-to-end from sourcing the best vendor quotations to coordinating with clients and ensuring seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate quotations from hotels, transport providers, and local vendors
• Compare and evaluate vendor options based on pricing, quality, and reliability
• Coordinate with vendors for availability, confirmations, and special requirements
• Assist in creating client proposals and presentations (Canva/PDFs)
• Work closely with the team to understand client requirements and customize itineraries
• Follow up via email/calls to ensure timely responses and updates
• Maintain organized records of quotations, vendor contacts, and project details
• Support day-to-day operations of ongoing MICE projects

What Youll Learn:

• Use of AI tools to automate operations ( We are also building some in house ops automation tools)
• End-to-end execution of corporate travel & MICE projects
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Pricing strategy and cost optimization in travel
• Client servicing and professional communication
• Use of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, email workflows, etc.
• Exposure to how a modern, AI-driven travel company operates

Who Should Apply:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Comfortable with emails, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic design tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Prior travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
