JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required TAT.
• Data Entry & MIS: Maintain daily operational data, MIS reports, trackers, records, and other management reports.
• Client & Documentation Support: Assist in the collection, checking, verification, and maintenance of customer/KYC and other operational documents.
• Coordination: Coordinate with Relationship Officers, Branch Teams, Accounts, Credit, and other departments for smooth operational activities.
• Loan Process Support: Assist in loan-related documentation, verification, processing, disbursement, servicing, and collection-related backend activities as required.
• Follow-up & Record Management: Maintain proper records and follow up on pending cases, documents, approvals, collections, and other operational requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with the concerned reporting manager.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that operational activities are carried out according to company policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Identify operational issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and support timely resolution of backend bottlenecks.
• Other Responsibilities: Handle other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the management and support other business verticals whenever required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Freshers can apply; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in operations, microfinance, banking, NBFC, or backend support will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic MIS reporting will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company and customer data.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
