Operations Executive

About the role

We are a HK licensed virtual asset exchange, this role involves monitoring trading activities involving Virtual Assets and Fiat Currencies, ensuring smooth wallet operations across the platform, and supporting analysis of user trading patterns and the platform's trading positions to aid in effective margin and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the monitoring of trading activities involving Virtual Assets and Fiat Currencies, ensuring smooth wallet operations across the platform
• Support the analysis of user trading patterns and the platform's trading positions to aid in effective margin and risk management
• Contribute to the examination of transaction data related to Virtual Assets, aiding in the identification of areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with the compliance and risk management teams to address operational issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
• Help address user inquiries and feedback, working closely with customer support and other internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions
• Participate in projects and tasks related to the management and safeguarding of private keys within a security framework
• Perform additional tasks and support various initiatives as directed by the Head of Operations

About you

• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• At least a Diploma in Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in operations, compliance, or a similar role within the financial services, fintech, or Virtual Asset trading sectors
• Familiarity with Virtual Assets, trading platforms, and the regulatory environment in Hong Kong is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
