The Operations Executive is responsible for providing excellent support and service to customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems
• Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of the fleet to ensure that customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently
• Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily.
• Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion.
• Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

• Responsive and responsible. Able to work in fast-moving environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise complex logistics workflows

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures and industry best practices

• Expected to work beyond official working hours by resolving problems over the phone.

• Able to speak chinese to effectively communicate with chinese-speaking clients.
