Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Track facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage vendor performance, service quality, and contract compliance.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, asset inventories, and service reports.
• Monitor utility consumption and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Assist in emergency response planning and business continuity activities.
• Support procurement of facility-related materials and services.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in facilities management or operations.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance standards.
