About Us

ZYUS EduTech is a online EdTech firm specializing in high-quality live online CBSE tuition for 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and self-driven Operations Executive to join our growing team and take complete ownership of daily educational operations and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule & Batch Management: Design and maintain daily timetables, subject allocations, and class schedules for 9th to 12th-grade batches.
• Mentor Onboarding & Live Class Support: Coordinate tutor availability, handle onboarding for new teaching staff, monitor live sessions, and arrange immediate coverage for absent teachers.
• Student & Parent Coordination: Assist with student onboarding, track attendance and assignments, and serve as the main point of contact for parent inquiries regarding schedules or changes.
• CRM & Data Administration: Keep student records, mentor databases, and batch details updated across operational CRM and management systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Location: Must be residing in the UAE.
• Visa Status: Must possess a valid UAE Residency Visa / Family Visa / Spouse Visa / Own Visa with permission to work from home.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as an Operations Executive (EdTech experience preferred).
• Education: BTech, MSc, MBA (Preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Compensation & Work Terms

• Probation Period: 3 Months
• Starting Salary (Probation): ₹15,000 per month
• Salary After Probation: ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)
• Notice Period: 1 Month (30 Days)
