Operations Executive

Oversee and manage on-ground event operations to ensure smooth event execution and a positive attendee experience. Supervise crowd management, ticket scanning, and issue resolution during events. Plan, coordinate, and monitor ushers and event staff to ensure effective manpower utilization. Ensure the availability and proper management of event materials and logistics requirements. Prepare and submit accurate payroll-related data for ushers in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful delivery. Monitor operational performance and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements when needed. Create operational plans and post-show reports. Recruit operational ushers. Work hand in hand to provide tools and enhancement mechanisms in the operational procedures. Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field from a reputable university. 2 4 years of relevant experience in event operations, operations, hospitality, or a similar role. Previous experience in managing on-ground event operations and coordinating event staff. Experience in supervising ushers, temporary staff, or operational teams. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously. Good knowledge of event logistics, manpower planning, and operational procedures. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in handling on-ground issues.
