Operations Executive

• Drafting, reviewing, and implementing operational processes, policies and SOPs.
• Support teams in following established processes and ensure consistency in operational practices.
• Identify process gaps, recurring operational issues, and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Prepare regular operational reports, trackers, and updates as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records, documentation, and databases.
• Ensure relevant information is properly recorded and readily accessible.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Administration, or Coordination roles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good written communication and email drafting skills
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting continuous process improvement.
