Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and coordinating construction project activities.
2. Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.
3. Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and contractors.
4. Support procurement, logistics, and compliance tasks.
5. Prepare reports and documentation for internal use.

Requirement

1. 3 years working experience in Sales & Office Administration
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for report creation and submission.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
5. Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency required, as you will be working closely with Hong Kong marketer.
