Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day service operations in the hygiene industry. The ideal candidate will ensure timely service delivery, manage field staff, coordinate with clients, maintain service quality, and achieve operational efficiency while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations across assigned locations.
• Manage and supervise hygiene service technicians and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled service visits as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with clients to address service requests, complaints, and operational requirements.
• Monitor attendance, deployment, and productivity of field employees.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality audits to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain operational records, service reports, and client documentation.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of hygiene consumables and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and submit them to management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operational staff.
• Work closely with the Sales, HR, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth business operations.
