Operations Executive

Overview

V2Power is a UK clean energy company specialising in EV charging infrastructure and battery storage. We design, install and operate charging sites across London and the surrounding areas, supporting the shift to cleaner transport.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to look after the day-to-day running of our charging sites. You will handle customer queries and complaints, coordinate our on-site teams, and help drive membership and usage across our sites. You will also liaise regularly with our head office to report on operational progress.

No previous experience is required. What matters most is strong coordination skills, the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese to work with our UK and Chinese teams, and a willingness to travel regularly between sites.

Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of our charging sites
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate on-site teams
• Promote charging membership and grow our customer base
• Liaise with our head office and report on operational progress

Skills

• No previous experience required, strong coordination skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to liaise with our UK and Chinese teams
• Willing to travel regularly
• Right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus

What we offer

• £30,000 per annum
• Based mainly in London, covering sites across the UK, with a hybrid working arrangement
