Operations Executive – Job Description

Location: Noida and Greater Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day centre and operational activities.
• Coordinate with students, faculty, internal teams and other stakeholders.
• Handle student queries, coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain attendance, records, databases and operational documentation.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate schedules, classes, events and other operational requirements.
• Track pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
• Support smooth execution of centre activities and processes.
• Coordinate with different teams for operational requirements.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and operational guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Centre Operations, Administration, Coordination or a similar role.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with EdTech / Education / Training Institute experience will be preferred.
