Operations Executive

Job Scope:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of confirmed projects from order processing through delivery, installation and completion.

• Conduct site measurements where required, and coordinate site measurements, deliveries, installations, touch-ups and rectification works.

• Plan and coordinate site measurements, deliveries, installations, touch-ups and rectification schedules.

• Liaise with customers, sales team, installers, suppliers, contractors and logistics partners to ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate material preparation, stock allocation, deliveries and other logistics arrangements.

• Support and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of Wallhub Malaysia, including project, showroom and operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, order information and operational documentation.

• Follow up on ongoing and outstanding projects, including schedule changes and operational issues, to ensure timely completion.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Self-driven, responsible and possess a positive working attitude.

• Good organisational, interpersonal and time-management skills.

• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a valid driving licence.
