Operations Executive

An NBFC Operations Executive manages day-to-day backend processes, document verification, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth financial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview

• Primary Goal: Streamline loan lifecycle workflows and branch coordination.
• Reporting To: Head Operations
• Work Setting: Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Processing: Verify customer KYC and financial documents for loan approvals.
• Data & MIS: Prepare MIS reports, tracking sheets, and daily transaction logs.
• Coordination: Liaise between field sales, credit risk, and central finance teams.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines, internal audit controls, and KYC norms.
• Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound queries regarding loan status, accounts, and disbursements.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in BFSI, banking operations, or NBFC back-office roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and digital lending software.
• Soft Skills: Clear verbal communication, detail-oriented mindset, and strong follow-up habits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
